Para medir el contorno de pecho y acertar con la talla de camiseta de hombre, coloca la cinta métrica horizontal alrededor del pecho, pasando por la parte más ancha (a la altura del pectoral), con los brazos relajados. La cinta debe quedar ajustada pero sin apretar y sin caer por la espalda. Anota la medida en centímetros y compárala con la guía de tallas (tabla superior) del producto.
Si sueles llevar la camiseta con una capa debajo o quieres más margen en hombros, asegúrate de que tu medida quede dentro del rango con holgura suficiente.
Pueden compartir la misma talla “numérica”, pero no se sienten igual al vestir. Una camiseta ajustada tiene menos holgura en pecho y brazos y marca más el cuerpo, mientras que un regular fit deja un margen cómodo para moverse.
Por eso, si estás entre tallas o no quieres sensación ceñida, en modelo ajustado suele convenir elegir la talla que te deje el pecho cómodo, y en regular fit normalmente funciona tu talla habitual.
Si prefieres un corte más holgado, lo más fiable es partir de tu medida de pecho y del fit del modelo. En camisetas regular fit, subir una talla suele dar un efecto más suelto en pecho y cuerpo. Si el modelo ya es relaxed u oversize, normalmente tu talla habitual ya consigue el look amplio, y solo conviene subir una talla si buscas un oversize muy marcado.
Si estás entre dos tallas, elige la mayor para ganar caída y comodidad, especialmente si no quieres que ajuste en pecho o brazos.
