Product prices and shipping methods are subject to the country of destination.

Shippings to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Continental Portugal:

  • Shippings within approximately 24/48 working hours at a cost of 3.95€. We apply free shipping from a minimum purchase which you can check in the top bar.

* We do not ship to Portuguese islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra.

Shippings to Italy

  • Shippings within approximately 3 to 5 working days, depending on the area of the territory, at a cost of 5.95€. We apply free shipping from a minimum purchase which you can check in the top bar.

* We do not ship to the Italian Islands.

Shippings to the rest of Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cezchia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden)

  • Shippings within approximately 3 to 5 working days at a cost of 5,95€. We apply free shipping from a minimum purchase which you can check in the top bar.

Delivery times may be affected in sales season, holiday periods or special campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc..

Delivery times are estimated in working days. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

All items are subject to availability in our online store. If we are unable to send you a product, we will notify you by email of the refund of your product or the cancellation of your purchase. In any case, we will always issue a refund for the item which we were unable to send.

It is not possible to modify an order once the payment has been made. But you can request its cancellation. To do so, contact our Customer Service team and we will give you more information. Please note that cancellation will only be possible if the order has not yet been prepared in our warehouse.

Returns

Our Returns Policy 

For hygiene and health reasons there are restrictions on returns of intimate products.

  • The following products cannot be returned:
    • Panties/Briefs, thongs or boyshorts.
    • Underpants/Briefs.
    • Bodies (shaping and non-shaping).
    • Bottoms from the slimming/shaping collection.
    • Nightgowns including thongs.
    • Complete bra and panty/thong sets.
    • Adhesive products.
  • Tights. Tights and stockings may only be returned with their original packaging intact, including the cardboard.
  • Nursing bras and nightgowns. Nursing garments may only be returned in their original intact packaging.
  • Swimsuits and Bikinis. Swimwear will arrive in your order with a hygienic safety sticker, so that you can try them on without the fabric coming into direct contact with your skin. If returned, these products cannot be returned without the mentioned hygiene sticker.

Perfumes, candles and mikados. They can only be returned if they have not been used and if they are in their original packaging.

The return of each product must be made in the same packaging, indivisible packs containing all units and any item containing all the original parts.

Our return timeframe is 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Within this period you can request your return and send the package back to us.

Once this period has expired, it will not be possible for us to accept your items back.

Returns are free for all your orders, but only for the first return request. In the event of needing to return more products from the same order, a second return will be at your expense. Meaning that you are in charge of organizing the return through the carrier of your choice and that you will need to cover the costs for this.

In exceptional holidays the return timeframe may be extended.

How do I process a return?

You will need to indicate the email you used to register your purchase, the order number and the date you placed it. You can find all of this information in the confirmation email you received after paying for your order.

RETURNS FROM SPAIN

  • Select the item to return.
  • Select the reason for your return, this way you help us to improve!
  • Check that your details are correct, especially your email address, as it is essential to continue with the process.
  • Click on Generate Documents and wait to receive an email with a link from which you can download your return label.
  • Prepare your package and take it to your nearest Post Office (Correos).

* If you are near Valencia, you can return your online order at our physical store, in the Bonaire Shopping Center. You just have to indicate your order number.

RETURNS FROM PORTUGAL

  • Select the item to return.
  • Select the reason for your return, this way you help us improve!
  • Check that your details are correct, especially your email address, as it is essential to continue with the process.
  • Select the date you want your package to be picked up and click on Arrange Pickup.
  • Wait to receive an email with the pickup confirmation and further instructions on how to prepare your package.
  • Our carrier MRW will pick it up on the requested date.

RETURNS FROM ITALY AND THE REST OF EUROPE

  • Select the item to return.
  • Select the reason for your return, this way you help us improve!
  • Check that your details are correct, especially your email address, as it is essential to continue with the process.
  • Click on Generate Documents and wait to receive an email with a link from which you can download your return label.
  • Prepare your package and take it to your nearest UPS Access Point.

Once the package is received in our warehouse, your products will undergo a quality control and we will notify you of the corresponding refund.

* After inspection and verification of the item, the criteria of our specialized personnel will prevail in the event that there is doubt about the condition in which a product was returned, in order to guarantee that no fraudulent returns are made of products that have been used or in poor condition.

From the moment the return is notified and sent, it may take a period of 14 calendar days for the refund to be executed.
