How does this presale work?
Do I pay now or later?
You can place your order with complete peace of mind. Keep in mind, however, that since this is a pre-order, you’ll need to complete the purchase right away and pay for your items in full. This way, you’ll secure your favorites before the official launch.
Can I choose the size and color during the pre-sale?
Of course! The presale works just like a regular purchase: you can choose your size and, if the style allows it, your color as well.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will begin shipping on September 1. Please note that if you purchase other products in addition to those in the pre-order collection, everything will be shipped together starting on that date.
We want to prepare everything with care and send it all in one package—it’ll be worth the wait!
¿Puedo modificar algo después de comprar?
You can change some of the details of your order if you need to, but not all of them.
Until September 1, if you made a mistake when entering your address or need to change any contact information, you can contact us and we’ll update it for you.
Please note that you cannot add or remove items once your purchase is complete, nor can you change sizes or colors.
That’s why we recommend that you carefully review your cart before finalizing your order.
How do I choose my gift?
Just for signing up early, you'll be able to choose a gift from among three products in our online store.

It’s very easy 😊 Once you add any product from the pre-sale collection to your cart , a pop-up window will appear on your screen showing the various gift options. Just select the one you like best, and it will be added to your order for free.
🎀 Important: Gifts are subject to availability. If one runs out, don’t worry—we’ll offer you other options so you can always get a little something for ordering early.
Can I return a product I purchased during the pre-sale?
Yes, just like with any order placed on ysabelmora.com, you can return an item if you're not satisfied. You just need to do so within the standard return period after you've received your order. The 15-day return period begins once you receive your order.
What if the product sells out before it's shipped to me?
Don't worry! If you see it available during the pre-sale and complete your purchase, the product is reserved for you. We'll take care of preparing it and making sure it arrives just as you chose it.

HOW LONG DOES THE PRE-SALE LAST?
The presale will be available through August 31.
Once the pre-sale ends, you will no longer be able to take advantage of these exclusive benefits. Don’t wait until the last minute!
How do I know which products are available for pre-order?
It's very easy. Products available for pre-order will be marked with the word "PRE-ORDER" both in the product image and in the title, and you'll also see it listed on the product page, next to the estimated delivery date.
That way, you’ll always know which items will arrive starting September 1, and you can plan your purchase without any surprises.
